We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted or processed.


 

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and unopened

  • In the same condition you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, tested, or used.

 


 

Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including purchasing the return label.

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels or cover return shipping expenses.

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.

If the cost of return shipping exceeds 50% of the product value, our support team may offer an alternative resolution such as:

  • Replacement shipment

  • Partial refund

  • Keep-the-item resolution

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@snatchedco.co and include photos or video so we can verify the issue.

Once verified, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • Replacement product at no cost

  • Store credit

  • Refund depending on the situation

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and legal reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or used skincare, cosmetics, or beauty products

  • Personal grooming items such as razors or trimmers that have been opened or used

  • Custom, special-order, or personalized products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

If you would like a different item or variation:

  1. Contact us at hello@snatchedco.co to start a return request.

  2. Once approved, ship the item back.

  3. After confirmation, you may place a new order for the desired product.

Return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.

 


 

Refunds & Store Credit

Refunds may be issued in one of the following forms:

  • Store Credit — often used to resolve issues quickly and allow a future purchase.

  • Refund to Original Payment Method — issued in qualifying situations.

 


Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds generally apply to full-price items that meet all return eligibility requirements.

  • Items purchased during sales, discounts, or promotions may be eligible for replacement or store credit depending on the situation.

  • If a discounted item has a confirmed functionality issue, we may provide a replacement product instead of a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days without providing a reason.

Returned items must meet all eligibility requirements:
